You can enter the contest here by submitting your name and email. There's only one catch - she wants you to go vegan first.

The Greenprint Project suggests that people opt to go meatless on Mondays, or have a plant based breakfast. Bey and Jay aren't alone: Forbes and The Economist both named 2019 as the year of veganism, while a recent study highlighted the environmental benefits of switching to a plant-based diet.

Queen Bey recently launched a new endeavor called The Greenprint Project, created by the Carters and nutritionist Marco Borges, who previously teamed up with Knowles on vegan meal company 22 Day Nutrition four years ago.

'We used to think of health as a diet - some worked for us, some didn't. The victor also gets free admission to performances by her husband, Jay-Z.

Beyoncé and JAY-Z are giving fans all the motivation they need to start living a new lifestyle with a new vegan challenge.

They wrote having children is what brought them to adopt a vegan lifestyle. The site, which is hosting the competition, encourages entrants to cut down on meat-or even go full vegan-to help protect the environment.
