Kansas City Chiefs star Kareem Hunt seen kicking woman in hotel video

Video of an incident from February in which Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt can be seen shoving and kicking a woman was released on Friday by TMZ.

The clip, which came from an OH hotel hallway camera, was published by TMZ on Friday afternoon.

On Friday, Hunt was reportedly been sent home from the Chiefs' practice facility, according to ESPN's Dan Graziano. The move likely means Hunt will not play in Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders. The man Hunt struck declined to press charges. Not only did the female call the cops on Hunt, but Hunt's friend also called police on her. Although friends of Hunt tried to intercede, Hunt shoved the woman once, knocked her over after knocking another man into her and then kicked her in the leg. At some point in the night, everyone headed back to Hunt's place at The Metropolitan at the 9, where the incident took place.

TMZ says police collected surveillance video but said they were unable to determine that a crime had been committed.

"[It's} unclear why the National Football League has not taken any action against Hunt", according to TMZ.

Another woman who was with Hunt's group of friends told police that the woman hit her in the face when she went into the hallway in an attempt to get the pair to leave, a police report said. He shoves another male into the woman, who then falls down and appears to grab her head. According to the police report, she stuck around for at least 30 more minutes and was yelling and pounding on the door to Hunt's apartment.

In June 2018, TMZ reported that Hunt had been involved in a fight with a man at the Bay Lodging Resort in Put-in-Bay, Ohio.

Chiefs owner Clark Hunt also addressed the player's character at that time.
