Apple to unveil new iPhones in coming weeks

We're expecting to see two stainless steel upgrades to the iPhone X, in two different sizes and each with an OLED screen. Some years the signs are more explicit than others, but this particular invite is also drawing parallels to other tech and pop culture references.

This new space gives the Apple Watch Series 4 face the ability to show even more information without having to touch anything. There's Apple's exercise rings, the temperature, a timer, the UV index, the sunrise and sunset times, and more, all in addition to the actual time. Apple refers to these as "complications". More than likely, Apple will also introduce a number of downloadable clock faces to utilize this format, giving its users a level of customization with it. This could be a new microphone.

That includes a direct successor to the 2017 flagship.

Apple is also supposedly going to announce a 6.1-inch iPhone that will be cheaper than the two iPhone Xs models. The base model will come with a 5.8-inch screen, while the top-end model will boast off a massive 6.5-inch screen, the report claims. This new iPad Pro and the new 12.9-inch iPad Pro will reportedly have slimmed down bezels, but no notch.

Like today's massive iPhone XS leak, the Apple Watch 4 photo is convincing - it backs up all of the rumors we've heard previously ahead of today's launch event invites.

It's likely to launch new iPhones and Apple Watch models then. The 9.7-inch iPad mini, which has not been updated since 2015, is snot expected to be updated for 2018. The iPhone X, priced at $999 and up, has helped Apple beat Wall Street sales expectations.

The wireless AirPod headphones could also get a new charging case which will allow them to refill without needing a plug.
