Demi Lovato's Friend Asks For 'No Sirens' In 911 Call

Demi Lovato's Friend Asks For 'No Sirens' In 911 Call

Dr. Drew Pinksy, who specializes in drug addiction, recently came out with some advice regarding Demi Lovato.

Demi Lovato was found in her bed unconscious by her assistant who panicked and called 911. The hashtag #PrayForDemi trended on Twitter and several celebrities posted supportive words Tuesday, including Missy Elliott, Ariana Grande, Brad Paisley, Kesha, Bebe Rexha, Meghan Trainor, Maren Morris, Kehlani and British electronic group Clean Bandit, whose current single "Solo" features Lovato.

Demi's family have asked the public not to speculate over the circumstances of her hospitalisation, despite numerous reports that the incident was related to a suspected heroin overdose. A source close to the singer told HL EXCLUSIVELY how Demi is now feeling!

This will not be the first time Lovato has sought professional help for substance abuse.

"Demi is awake and with her family, who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support", said the statement from Lovato's representative.

The Disney star has previously sought treatment for her addictions to alcohol, cocaine and OxyContin, most famously in 2010 after punching a backup dancer while on tour with the Jonas Brothers. "I make sure I stay on my medications".

The singer remains in a Los Angeles hospital, where her ex-boyfriend, actor Wilmer Valderrama visited her on Wednesday.

If you consider the idea that the song itself might be hinting at her having a relapse, then it's apparent that Lovato has been in trouble for a while.

"Mama, I'm so sorry I'm not sober anymore/And daddy please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor", she sings over somber piano. I want to be a role model but I'm only human.

'I realise now it was insensitive, sorry!'

"There's a lot of talent and a lot of people pushing out quality work, that feeling I got when Scribe and them were coming out with their music (in the early 2000s), I'm getting that feeling again", SPYCC said. As of right now, she's still scheduled to tour South America and Mexico this fall.
