Facebook Live Captures Moment Houston Man is Shot in the Head

In the video, Holmes, Damper and another man are sitting in a auto as they broadcasted live to Facebook.

A Houston man was shot in the head after his friend accidentally fired a gun inside a parked auto while streaming the incident on Facebook Live, police said. Friends of the victim confirmed to KHOU that Holmes is seen in the video, wearing a white shirt.

The other man, who is sitting in the back seat, can be seen holding the pistol, but leaves it resting in between Holmes and Damper in the front seats.

Footage seen on social media does not show the moment Holmes was gunned down but does show him slumped over and covered in blood.

Holmes then attempts to stop the woman from waving the gun around.

'Where you from again?' Holmes asks Damper points the gun at him and says, 'Say something, b***h'.

'You're making me nervous, ' Holmes could be heard saying in an edited video circulating online.

A man has been shot and killed after he got it into his head to wear a bulletproof vest at a party and try to take a gunshot with it.

Police identified the woman as Cassandra Damper, 25, who told police that she believed the weapons were not loaded. She was charged with tampering or fabricating of evidence.

The unidentified male passenger in the vehicle has not been charged. He was rushed to Ben Taub Hospital and reported to be in critical condition.

Officers arrested Damper after she allegedly attempted to wipe off the gun residue on her hands. The other man involved in the shooting video was not charged.

A grand jury is expected to decide on a charge against Damper who reportedly tried to cover up involvement.
