Dana White Posts Picture Smiling with Brock Lesnar on Twitter

White shared a photo on Twitter in which he's standing alongside the former UFC heavyweight champion. "If Brock Lesnar wants to fight in UFC, Brock Lesnar will fight in UFC".

"I think Brock Lesnar does whatever Brock Lesnar wants to do", said Heyman.

His WWE manager Paul Heyman also believes in the possibility of Brock Lesnar switching back to MMA.

Still, a return to the UFC would not be without risk even for someone as skilled and as tough as Lesnar is.

Velasquez napped Lesnar's four-fight win streak and dethroned him from the heavyweight mountain top.

Following his contract renewal with the WWE three years ago, Lesnar would compete under the UFC in a one-off deal in the summer of 2016, defeating Mark Hunt via unanimous decision at UFC 200.

Lesnar was in Vegas to confront Reigns on Monday Night RAW, after the latter earned his title shot at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view.

A WWE extension would not necessarily preclude Lesnar from getting back in the Octagon.

When asked if taking years between fights hinders Brock Lesnar in the MMA world, Heyman thinks the opposite, and would advise some fighters to do the same.

According to reports, Lesnar's current WWE contract expires after the company's flagship show at Wrestlemania 34 where he is set to defend his Universal championship against Roman Reigns on 8 April.

Lesnar still has six months remaining on that suspension, which was frozen after he announced his retirement from mixed martial arts.

Either way, a return to the octagon probably wouldn't occur until December 2018 or sometime in the early part of 2019. Or will he return to the WWE ring and pretend to kick ass a few times a year?

With genuine stars Jon Jones (suspended) and Ronda Rounsey (now in WWE) out of action, White needs all the star power he can get, and Lesnar has proven to be a PPV draw in the past.

Everyone knows that Lesnar would be welcomes back into the UFC in a heartbeat - and that'd he'd be one of the most dominant fighters.
