Jennifer Lawrence Dropped Out of Middle School at 14 to Pursue Acting

Yesterday Photocall in London on the occasion of the premiere of "red Sparrow" (Red Sparrow), Jennifer Lawrence posed in an elegant dress of authorship Gianni Versace.

Lawrence admits she never received a diploma or a GED, but she says the time she spent forging her acting career was well worth it.

'Wow. I don't really know where to get started on this "Jennifer Lawrence wearing a revealing dress in the cold" controversy, ' she posted to her 16.5 million followers. She can size people up well, she's smart and she's stunning but she has no spark that makes a person irresistible and this is down to Jennifer Lawrence's poor performance Francis Lawrence's lacklustre direction and Justin Haythe's unapologetically abysmal script.

She became a superstar through the "Hunger Games" and "X-Men" film series.

She went on to say, "This is sexist, this is ridiculous, this is not feminism". "Even friends, for many years, were not as important to me as my career, I mean, from the age of 14".

In 2014, Lawrence was the victim of a photo hack that led to nude photos of her being leaked online. "And to get people to try to understand that, when you're 14 years old, wanting to drop out of school and do this, and your parents are just like, 'You're out of your mind'". She took home an Oscar for her role in Silver Linings Playbook.

While #MeToo and #TimesUp are the new way of Hollywood (and Lawrence has always been spotlighting the gender pay gap), this is the same conversation that's been going on for years, including very memorably in 2015 when Selena Gomez was promoting Transylvania alongside professional gym clothes wearers Adam Sandler and Kevin James.

Jennifer said, "I realized that there was a difference between consent and not, and I showed up for the first day and I did it and I felt empowered". The interview with Lawrence will be broadcast on 60 Minutes Sunday, Feb. 25 at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

She's not doing to bad, with four Academy Award nominations and one win already under her belt at just 27.
