Jurgen Klopp makes admission about Mohamed Salah at Liverpool FC

Liverpool legend, Steven Gerrard, has praised Mohamed Salah following his goal and spectacular performance for Liverpool in their 5-0 win over Porto.

Mohamed Salah is not being carried away by an impressive start to his Liverpool tenure that saw him score 30 goals - he believes the best is yet to come. Suarez netted 31 goals that season.

The Egyptian has scored all types of goals this season and he added a new one to his collection last night, a goal that looked scarily like the one Messi scored against Arsenal in the Champions League back in 2011.

At this rate, Liverpool will have a job on their hands retaining Salah's services.

"He doesn't always have to be the stand-out player". Klopp has been asked before why he didn't go after a striker similar to Robert Lewandowski or Harry Kane, who will guarantee you at least 30 goals a season.

John Barnes has made the incredible claim that Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah are not good enough for Liverpool, and that the club need to sign more centre forwards.

"I don't think anyone expected him to have such an impact, he has had a terrific impact in that front three", Reo-Coker told Premier League Daily.

"I think they are (the best), but for me I think it's mostly down to the manager and the way they play", he explained on the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast Show. "We don't have players like that".

The limelight was hogged by Mane, who scored a hat-trick in what was a relatively easy outing for Liverpool.

"Yes, we're scoring lots of goals but can we see Mane and Salah continuing to score this amount of goals on a regular basis? ".

"I am happy at the moment, I feel good, and that's the most important thing - and 100 per cent, there is still more to come". You could say that of course [it is the flawless away performance].
