Nelly's girlfriend dismisses new sexual assault allegations

Nelly previously said he intends to sue Greene, who accused him of rape, but has not commented on the new allegations against him.

The 22-year-old goes on to allege that he is "particularly interested in those who are resistant", according to TMZ, who obtained the court documents.

Earlier this week Greene asked a judge for an injunction against the rapper and his penis.

The suit includes testimony from two anonymous women whom Nelly allegedly also sexually assaulted in two separate incidents that took place in the United Kingdom, both before and after the alleged rape on his tour bus.

After rubbing her leg and putting his hand up her dress without her consent, the rapper allegedly blocked Jane Doe 1 from leaving the room twice before security finally arrived and she and her friend were able to make their exit.

Nelly believes he was set up by his accuser, Monique Greene, so he'd get arrested in Auburn, Washington. The woman says she ultimately did leave.

Jane Doe 2 is a mother of three in a long-term relationship who alleges Nelly assaulted her on December 5, 2017 after a concert at Cliffs Pavilion in Essex, England. In the documents, Nelly continues to contend his sexual encounter with the woman was consensual, and afterward, the woman and her lawyer's allegations of rape were a malicious attempt to slander his name and get him falsely locked up.

Prosecutors said later that month they weren't charging him because the woman wasn't co-operating with the case.

Inside, Nelly allegedly took off his trousers and began masturbating in front of her and tried to move her hand to his penis.

Nelly is sensitive to women that have been victimized and marginalized. The suit states that Jane Doe No. 2 "considered going to the police but felt that she would not be believed".

He has since threatened to file his own lawsuit against Greene for slander. After Greene left the tour bus she called for an Uber and then called police to report the incident resulting in Nelly's arrest for rape.

The documents then said Nelly asked if the woman had "a boo" to which she flashed her wedding ring, despite claiming he had already known her marital status.
