The tweet has since received more than one million likes. They eventually played more than 300 games against each other. A man named Spencer, who is from Harlem and in his 20s, met a woman named Roz who is in her 80s and lives in Florida.

Spencer is a 22-year-old NY rapper who goes by the stage name "High Class Filth".

A young man and an elderly woman who "randomly" met playing Words With Friends together online previous year and went on to share 324 games have now met up in person. And finally, last week, the unlikely duo got to meet in person in Florida after a pastor coordinated their meeting. Spencer, 22, posted pictures of their meet up to Twitter.

Words With Friends also called the story "amazing" on Twitter.

On Friday, Sleyon flew from NY to West Palm Beach to meet his online friend.

Sweet day today with Spencer and his #wordswithfriends friend, Roz, watching them bond in person for the first time. "Words With Friends" heard about the in-person meeting and tweeted, "We can't get enough of this!"

Sleyon told The Root that Roz was his "best friend".
