Conor McGregor's father responds to claims his son's life is in danger

Conor McGregor's father responds to claims his son's life is in danger

McGregor had pleaded guilty to a charge of driving at 158kph (98mph) in a 100kph (62mph) zone on March 31st previous year. McGregor posted a number of photos on social media site Instagram following the appearance, one featuring a snap of the high powered BMW sports vehicle he showed up to court in, with the hashtag #relaxjudge. The UFC champion described the claims as "b***ocks" as he left.

Have a look at the glee in McGregor's face as his auto speeds away from the reporters who were there trying to get Mystic Mac to make a statement. "You can tell him a bench warrant will be coming in his direction if he's not here".

Judge Walsh said she was happy to deal with the case by accepting a guilty plea and without hearing any further evidence over the payment issue.

It's unclear whether McGregor was saying "come and get me" to the press or to the mob. "If he wants to make a case he has to be here", she said.

Judge Walsh had said that it was the third time the case was mentioned in the court and warned that he was showing "absolute disrespect". "I am very annoyed with Mr. McGregor".

'It may sound stupid but I have to ask - please don't tell me that you earned 110 million in one day'.

Last time McGregor's case was before the same court on November 24, his "business manager" appeared in his place.

McGregor was summoned to the court to face his third charge for speeding after he was clocked for doing 98 miles per hour in a 60 miles per hour zone just outside Dublin this past March.

"I have to ask you the question... how much to you earn?"

He said: "I apologise and I'll pay the fine".
