OnePlus just announced a attractive new Lava Red OnePlus 5T

The OnePlus 5T is now available for purchase in India.

Now you can only buy the OnePlus 5T in Midnight Black but a brighter colour could be coming soon. The major improvements in the OnePlus 5T over its predecessor are- high-resolution 18:9 display, low-light camera performance, and some tweaks in OxygenOS software.

The device was unveiled simultaneously in India along with the rest of the world on November 16 and received good response from Indian customers during the early access launch exclusively for Amazon Prime members on November 21. OnePlus 5T is Amazon exclusive in India, and will also be made available on the OnePlus' official online store.

At the time of its announcement, it was stated that the OnePlus 5T's actual sale will debut in India on November 28. The 5T sports a 6.01-inch Full HD+ Optic AMOLED display and it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. But it seems like OnePlus has continued its record-breaking streak as the OnePlus 5T has outsold OnePlus 5 on the launch day.

A 16MP primary f/1.7 camera is present at the back along with a 20MP f/1.7 secondary sensor. OnePlus 5T would be as exciting as OnePlus 5.

Chinese handset company OnePlus said that its latest flagship phone OnePlus 5T is set to go on sale on Tuesday. The smartphone still doesn't support wireless charging but retains the Dash Charging capabilities introduced with the OnePlus 3. There's a fingerprint scanner at the back panel as well.

However, the display must be on for Face Unlock to work and it won't work as an authentication method on sensitive apps, like payment applications.
