Another round of freezing temperatures on Thanksgiving morning

If you head out tonight, or on your way out the door Tuesday morning, you will need a jacket, due to the chilly temperatures.

We'll get a warm up here locally into Friday with highs back in the low 50s. Highs in the mid 50s.

Warmer air return tomorrow with highs climbing into the mid 60s. We will have mostly cloudy skies and the sun will try to peek out at times during the day.

Friday night: Mostly clear with a low around 48. Wind gusts could reach as high as 30 miles per hour in western MA, and 20 miles per hour along the coast.

Plenty of wind we've seen throughout the day will continue overnight into Tuesday.

Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 56. Monday night will be mostly cloudy with a low around 30. Temps will start in the 40s, with wind chills in the upper 30s.

Thanksgiving Day will be quiet in IN with temperatures in the low 40s and dry conditions.

The forecast is looking dry to end the week with mostly sunny skies.

Wednesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 21.

An upper-level trough will gradually slide east of the area, as high pressure tiptoes into the southern Plain.

The weekend will be cooler but still mild for November with highs in the mid 50s expected for Saturday and Sunday.

Weather across the nation looks to be relatively calm for the holiday week, with the best chances for rain on Wednesday and Thursday in the Pacific Northwest and the Florida peninsula.
