Apart from all these, Sony is touting that the new Xperia R1 Plus and R1 also come loaded with Uplink Data Compression (UDC) that supports fast upload and browsing. Rest of the specs remain the same. The phone comes with a 5.20-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels. Unfortunately, unlike some of Sony's more expensive devices, there aren't any front-facing speakers to be seen here.
