Gronk makes guest appearance in new Katy Perry music video

Katy Perry, who Swift also has beef with, hosted a 24 hour livestream where fans could watch her every move in during the promotion for her latest album, Witness. Regardless, both songs have become summer bops that have been heard at clubs everywhere making you want to stomp it to the death on the dance floor.

After releasing the lyric video for her hit song, "Swish Swish", Katy Perry is back with the full video, which features Nicki Minaj.

We all remember Katy Perry and Calvin Harris' very public Twitter spat - and at the time we weren't surprised, given that Calvin's ex girlfriend Taylor Swift has been feuding with the I Kissed A Girl singer for as long as we can remember. Feels a little too literal to me.

The Dave Meyers-assisted clip finds the pop star on the basketball court, with a hilarious game between the Sheep and Tigers. Like Swift, Perry gave each of her costars nicknames in the video.

The video shows two teams going head-to-head in a friendly ol' game of basketball. Let's not forget that time she bleached her hair and everyone freaked out because it just did not go with her acoustic guitar playing, horseback riding, rich prep personality at all.

"'Swish Swish' just basically is like, I stay winning". Half an hour after Swift dropped "Look What You Made Me Do", Minaj sent out a cryptic tweet warning an unnamed person to "Be humble". She does her guest verse, tells Katy to get it together, collects her check, and leaves.

After teasing a new record all week, the worldwide hit maker finally released Look What You Made Me Do. Instead, it's as if "Swish Swish" is the music playing softly behind a comedy sketch that you're not really meant to pay attention to.

The 2017 MTV Video Music Awards will air live from The Forum in Inglewood, California, on Sunday, Aug. 27 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. If you need me, I will be under a heavy blanket, contemplating every single choice that brought me to where I am this second.
